How do I enter a gift card or discount code for an online order?

Can I change or cancel my order as long as it has not yet been shipped?

To ensure fast delivery times, we send orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that orders can be changed or canceled. If in doubt, please contact our support:

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunaly, we cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed. Please double-check your information before confirming your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a conformation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.

Will sold-out products be restocked?

Products from our collections are usually not restocked.

What should I do if my order was not fully delivered?

If your order was not fully delivered, please contact us at Armande Claire Support. Kindly include photos of the shipping carton so we can address your issue promptly.

What does it mean if my shipment tracking show "shipment announced electronically"?

This status means your order has been packed and is ready for shipment, but it has either not been picked up by the shipping provider or the provider has not yet scanned the package. The status should update within 1-2 days. If it doesn't, please contact us at Armande Claire Support.

Why is my shipment tracking not updating?

Tracking updates can sometimes take 1-2 days. If the status hasn't been updatet for more than 3 days, your parcel may have been delayed or misplaced by the shipping provider. In this case, we will initiate an inquiry to locate the parcel. Most parcels are eventuelly found. Please reach out to us at Armande Claire Support for assistence.

What are the refund guidelines?

Anything purchased online can be returned to our warehouse within 14 days. To return an item, please create a return mailing label at our return portal. This label must be placed inside the package so we can match the return to your order.

Return Conditions:

  • All Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • The costs and risks associated with any return are the responsibility of the sender. Please retain proof of deposit until the refun or exchange is issued.

When will I receive my refund?

If the returned items meet the return conditions, our quality department will process your refund. Typically, you will receive the refund within 10-15 days. However, please note that the exact processing time may vary depending on your region. The refund will be made using the original payment method. Please keep in mind that delivery costs are not refunded.

What should I do if the product is wrong or arrives damaged or defective?
